ROCKY MOUNT AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE ANNOUNCES START OF THEIR AMBASSADOR PROGRAM ROCKY MOUNT, NC – October 19, 2022 – Today, the Rocky Mount Area Chamber of Commerce (RMACC) announced they will begin their Ambassador Program. “I am pleased that we will begin our Ambassador Program once again here at the Chamber.” Stated membership director, Sam Bass. “We have put the membership engagement activities on hold due to obvious reasons over the last year or so, and it’s refreshing to start that once again.” The Chamber Ambassadors work to recognize and retain the RMACC Members through engagement with volunteers and staff. Chamber Ambassadors are motivated, passionate, and energetic representatives of the Chamber. “It’s impossible for me to visit every single member of the chamber on a regular basis. Our Ambassadors will visit, invite and engage members to attend events, meetings and communicate their needs to the Chamber staff.” Bass continues. “Knowing a friendly face will help newer members feel included and our existing members will have that liason to welcome them back into the family.” The Ambassadors are led by Chair, Dianna Norville of Bunch & Co., CPA. The Vice Chair is Jennifer Cooke of Executive Personnel Group and the Secretary is Dr. Jean White of Optavia. The group will be reaching out to members in the coming weeks to introduce themselves and answer questions and invite members to upcoming events and activities.
