The three have been hired by Nash County Sheriff’s Office and Sharpsburg Police Department. Read more. Education Partners Awarded for Summit Collaboration The National School Public Relations Association recently awarded Nash-Rocky Mount Public Schools, Nash Community College, Edgecombe Community College, Edgecombe County Public Schools and Strategic Twin-Counties Education Partnership (STEP) with a Golden Achievement Award for their collaboration on the 2017 Education and Business Leaders’ Summit.
